MY DIETING EXPERIENCE WITH QUICK WEIGHT LOSS CENTER
Lots of Green Veggies, Must be a I joined Quick Weight Loss Center years ago. Also, I have diabetes type 2, but it seems to have fixed itself as the weight has come off. I sit and watch my others enjoy food, and I feel like a prisoner with my chicken, and veggies. The good thing is you can eat lots of meat. They are very sneaky that way. I tried couple times to loose weight but unfortunately every time I end up in gaining weight.

Prep Phase for Quick Weight Loss

I'm on day 2 of the 3 day prep phase. You can baste your meats in butter and oil but I only do it on my shrimp because I can't have salt or seasonings that I like Sorry, I was thinking of regular plan, I guess. But if you can have as much meat as you want including beef? Check with the counselors, I guess. I can't do it alone. But I don't have to. I didn't think we could have a serving of fat on the prep phase You can have apple cider vinegar, and you can must have a serving of fat per day.

You could use your teaspoon of olive oil and some ACV to make your own vinaigrette. On the 3 day prep I haven't attended the class yet , i see you can have fat-free dressing, which seems odd to me, being that they all have high-fructose corn syrup. It was tough, but easier than the plateau breaker I'm on now!! The key is to keep eating. You may not feel like eating more veggies or meat, but keep doing it. It's way different than your normal eating pattern, and your body will try to tell you it's had enough of "that stuff" to eat.

But you're still hungry for "the other stuff". The more you eat in this phase, the more you lose. And I don't think it would be a good idea to stay on it for longer than the recommended 3 days. Rotisserie chickens are great for the prep phase. You can ask for lower sodium ones from the deli at the super market. I always eat a ton of steak and salad too.

Why can't I remember that?! I started last week I'm on day 4 of the plan. So far I've lost 5 lbs. Most during the 3 day prep. I didn't think it was too bad. The grill was my friend. I just joined SlimGenics today, with the official start of my program being tomorrow.

I hope I did good and I am eagerly waiting to see my weight. I hope I loose some. But I think 3 or 4 pounds can be shed off. I drank lots of water this week 1. I ate lots of vegetables which I really hate before.

Yes actually the truth is vegetables are not bad. My wife steamed some broccoli and which is tasted like a chicken. I never know broccoli is that much good to eat. I ate broccoli, green pepper, lettuce, spinach and cauliflower this week. I noticed one thing; I started to cook a lot.

That is a very good sign. Hopefully at end of this diet, I will be a good chef, the chef with lots of innovative ideas. Long way to go man..! Not bad at all. So my week one weight loss is 3 pounds. Now I have to stick on the basics. I hope that I can loose another 3 pounds this week 2.

Now I am away from pound mark. I am in "whoooeaa". What a great feeling..! So it is good way to start Week Two. In my week two I am planning to do the same thing I did in week one. The staffs in QWLC are really helpful, they are really helping me to set the meal plan for the coming days and I learned lots of things. Posted by JOE at The Honeymoon Phase is Over Now..! SO My Detox Phase is over now. It was really nice. The last 6 days I was eating like a PIG.

Yes litterly I was. I was eating eggs in the morning, Salmon at I really enjoyed my Detox phase. I drank lots of water. The lady in QWLC said I am in weight loss week from this week on and she said the normal weight loss would be around 3- 5 lb per week.

Hey, actually I am fine even if I am loosing 3 pound a week.
